A crash rarely damages one thing. A front-end hit can push the radiator support back and knock the frame out of square; a side impact can bind a door that still looks fine from the outside. Front-end collision repair
Bumper covers, grilles, hoods, headlamps, fenders and the radiator support behind them. A front hit almost always pushes something back further than it looks, so we pull the panels and check the mounting points before we write the final estimate.
Rear-end collision repair
Rear bumpers, trunk floors, tail panels and quarter panels. Rear-end hits are the most commonly under-written damage of all — the impact bar can be fine while the trunk floor behind it is buckled. We document it and reopen the claim if the adjuster missed it.
Side impact & door repair
Doors, rockers, B-pillars, mirrors and quarter panels — including doors that bind, drop or won't seal properly after a hit. We check the gaps and the door swing, not just the outer skin, so the repair actually closes right.
Frame & structural straightening

Do I have to use the body shop my insurance picked?
No. In California the choice of collision repair shop is yours. Your carrier can suggest a shop in their network, but you can bring the claim to Green Valley Collision and they still have to pay it.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
Yes. We work with all insurance companies. Bring us the claim number and we handle the estimate, the photos, the adjuster and any supplements, and we bill the carrier direct.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Written estimates are free, no appointment needed, and there's no obligation to leave the vehicle with us.
My car isn't drivable. What do I do?
Call us before you have it towed anywhere. Once a car lands at the wrong yard it gets more expensive and more complicated to move, so a two-minute call first can save you real money. Tow-in to our shop is free.
Can you fix frame or structural damage?
Yes. Frame straightening is done in-house. The vehicle is measured against factory specification, anchored, pulled back into alignment and re-measured before any new panel goes on.
What if the adjuster missed damage?
That's common — a lot of collision damage isn't visible until the panels come off. We photograph and document what we find, submit a supplement to your carrier, and get the additional repair approved.
Is the repair warrantied?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer provides.
Can you help with my deductible?
Deductible assistance is available, and we offer payment plans. Give us a call and we'll talk through what applies to your claim.

Do you do paintless dent repair?
Yes. Where the metal and the paint allow it, PDR is faster and cheaper than conventional bodywork. Where it doesn't, we'll tell you straight and repair the panel properly instead.
